"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"We stayed in May and the resort was in low season and the only guests. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are great. The shower was a bit run down, but other than that I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Khaoyai. The resort is about 30 minute drive to the main national park so really good location. "

However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. "What a beautiful resort. There are 3 different types of glamping options; one has a shared bathroom (which is spotless) and the others have their own bathroom. A lovely pool and surrounding area made it feel very peaceful. The breakfast was good- a mix of western and thai. Staff were very friendly and gelpful. Would definitely stay again."
