However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "
