"The location is a little far from town, but it is easy to call tax. Especially, nice and wide ocean view from the room . The best point is the staff hospitality. We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch. "호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. "

"There was no running hot water in our unit. Minimal support from staff. Lack of English to assist with checking in. You have to call a number to get the passcode. No one is physically available for the Pension side of business (there is a hotel with the same name next to the Pension) until dealing via phone call is not sufficient. Will not be visiting this property again."

"위치와 뷰, 룸에서 자쿠지 이용가능하다는 점, 조명을 포함한 인테리어 좋았습니다~ 바다 보며 반신욕을 할 수 있는 호사가 가능하네요~ 석식도 짜지 않고 적당했고 포장해 간 회와 함께 맛있게 먹었어요~ 다만, 바닥에 먼지가 많이 보여서 아쉬웠습니다 욕실에 거미줄도 있었구요..~ 좀 더 청소에 신경을 써 주시면 더 좋지 않을까 싶습니다~ "

"A friendly owner manages the house clean and safe. The house is easy to access the nearby German food and beer shops. It has an isolated free parking lot. The view from the window at the sunrise was fantastic. "

Breakfast was self serve which means you make your own toast and eggs is you like and was perfect. While i don't think this style is for everyone, i absolutely loved it. "4살 아이와 함께 간 가족여행이었어요! 산과 바다를 함께 볼 수 있는 위치가 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 매일 아침 5분이면 해변으로 나가 파도를 볼 수 있다는 게 가장 좋았어요… 어매니티도 아는 사람만 아는 좋은 제품들로 구성해두신 센스에 감탄했고요! (로마 샴푸 등) 옷을 편하게 걸어두거나 짐을 정리할 수납가구가 없는 게 살짝 아쉬웠지만 안마의자도 있고 침구도 편안했습니다 깨끗하구요~ 사장님께서도 친절하셨어요 🤗🤗"
