"The Magic Castle Hotel was everything we could dream of and more! Upon arrival, the staff tended to up personally welcoming us with bubbly juice and champagne. Our Guest services assistant was very attentive to us upon check in and even offered us a room upgrade as hotel first timers. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and a kids and parents paradise. The amenities offered right down to the free snacks, and popsicle hotline were a what dreams are made of for a Hollywood adventure...

"Really enjoyed my stay! Looking forward to staying again. The apartment was spacious and provided all the amenities I needed, and the location was central to LA. It was quiet around the property which was nice. Some homeless folks around as well, but otherwise safe. Parking in the garage is expensive so hope there is a discounted or partial rate remedied on that. "

"I like the kitchen but maybe have microwavable bowls since there is only one burner for a toaster. The view was amazing. The staff was very responsive but unable to help because there is no staff on site My son had spilled water everywhere we needed extra towels and wasn't able to get them until the next morning. But overall we loved our visit. Even though the pool was not open"

"Needed a quick stay while I was in LA for a friend's Bday. Was a bit confused how to get in but once I did it was a nice surprise. Felt safe. Bathroom was clean. No one was loud. "
