"we had a great stay! I was a little disappointed with the room though. it was not updated at all. it did not have an ac or fan, the beds were not queen size they were more doubles ., shower was not hot, the steam made fire alarm go off and not one single staff member came only a neighbor that heard it go off. the whole hotel smelled like burning food because of the restaurant inside. and it did not have a microwave in the room or chair or lounge like the reservation said either. but the...

"So the whole time we were there in our room there was loud noise. We couldn't sleep. There was no lights in the kitchen and the outlets didn't work. I had to toast my bagel over by the sink in by the bathroom. The ice machines didn't work. "This place was amazing."

"The mattresses and pillows are horrible need to be replaced. The receptionist did not inform us that they clean the room every other day so we had no clean towels for the next day. There wasn’t much variety at breakfast and didn’t even have muffins, croissants or donuts. At the price they charge a night the parking should be included."

Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

"Amazing!"

"The water pressure sucks in room 161 and there is a mouse that lives in that room that ate my donut but other than that it was cool- as for the food voucher for the restaurant next door, don’t waist your money on it just go find food somewhere else"
