Staff were pleasant but breakfast was limited and when we asked for a second cup of coffee we had to pay for it. The room is large but was taken up by 4 double futons and a massive hanging screen for projecting TV/video. We felt it was intended for a large group who wanted to watch DVDs all day. "Saijo didn’t have many hotel options with only Toyoko Inn in front of the station but now with RouteInn it is great and have top notch service and facilities with an ofuro as well."
