"I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. "The property itself is amazing. The only complaint is that it is LOUD if your room is in the street side. You will hear everything going on outside- music goes until 10-11 at night and traffic noise starts early. Not the hotels fault but if you are a light sleeper it will be annoying. Take a white noise machine"
