"The hotel is in a great location right by the train station and bus stops. There are many food options nearby as well as a mall. It is a walkable distance from the Fujinomiya Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine and the Mt Fuji Heritage Centre. Buses for Shiraito Falls and Lake Tanuki pick up right across the road. Staff are friendly; the breakfast was good and the rooms and common areas were clean."

"This is a great escape from the city and offers many options for enjoying the area or if you have younger children, many play facilities are available. Staff is great as always at any Hoshino facility."
