"Our entire stay was wonderful.. Our room was kept clean and had clean towels and bedding daily. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Had so many choices it was wonderful. We didn't us the spa. We were at the beach and pool everyday."

"We have stayed at plenty resorts, this one had some of the worst food. We were bummed that there was no room service. Not a lot of pool staff doing drink orders like we were used to. We were getting married and had checked with the staff and various things and when the time came, it was usually always some type of issue. Probably would not be back."

"The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever."
