Nice clean spacious and modern. Could be better with a few small things. Towel bars ( nowhere to hang them), a few more dishes, some regular sized glasses, fitted mattress sheet.

Rooms where clean and hotel staff where really nice the only complaint was that it does has a kitchen, plates but no way to clean them they don’t have any dish soap or napkins to clean them if you use them you have to wash them mind you they don’t provide you a way to wash them they will charge you per note on wall.

Nice Rooms

The property was clean and staff friendly but it is located across the highway which you had to cross to get to the beach/downtown which could be tricky at times as it tends to quite busy. My biggest “complaint” is that we were only issued 2 towels, no hand towels for the bathroom and no tea towel or dishcloth for the kitchen which renders it somewhat useless if you cannot even wipe up a spill on the counter. Also, there were no blankets and I know that it is Mexico but a light blanket would have been nice, the staff did give us an extra set of sheets to use though. We stayed 2 nights and so going out to buy a tea towel etc does not really make sense. There is a store and a couple of restaurants in the same complex so that is convenient.

60 years in this hotel, there is no locks for the windows or the doors super dirty smelly air conditioner was not working or the refrigerator zero rate terrible horrible experience

Everything was nice. Only thing cleaning service is not included and when we checked out, they asked if the dishes were clean. Makes no sense. They only clean once, before the next party checks in and they still want their dishes to be washed.

I had a booking through Expedia and was not able to cancel it through their website. An error message appeared. I was told by Expedia that the hotel charged me directly and they tried on my behalf to reach them with no success. I then went to the hotel in person and was told that expedia would refund me when in fact, the hotel is the one that charged me and not Expedia. Now i will have to file a complaint with my credit card company.

La actitud del dueño fue terrible al comentarle sobre la falta de agua caliente en ka regadera y sobre la falta de televisión por cable y solo dio excusas y nunca resolvieron el problema, solo dijo que por esta ocasión no podía hacer nada y tuvimos que bañarnos voy agua fría

Un hotel muy tranquilo, cuenta con todos los servicios, lo que sí no había era agua caliente pero la verdad ni se necesita por el clima, playa cerca negocios cerca, al estar a lado de la carretera se oye siempre el paso de vehículos en mi caso no me molesto, lo recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme ahí

Las habitaciones tenían goteras, no había toallas y el papel higiénico te daban 1 rollo chico y había q volver a pedir mas, la señal de Internet muy mala. A pesar de verse nuevas las instalaciones están descuidadas.
