"Nice hotel, big suite room. Situated well away from anything. Early November, no infinity pool and no rooftop bar. Breakfast was china-centric, but enough items available for this Western boy. Spa was reasonably priced. It should have been super quiet, but there’s a beach party every night with booming bass techno “music” till around midnight. "

The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay at a great value."

"Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."

"Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr bequeme Betten in einem großzügigem Zimmer mit täglicher Zimmerreinigung. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, insbesondere der Manager.
Das internationale Buffet bezog sich dann doch eher auf die asiatischen Gäste, was aber vollkommen in Ordnung ist.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war der nicht nutzbare Pool. Hierzu gab es dann auch unterschiedliche Aussagen seitens des Personals, mal wurde er repariert, mal war keine Saison, dann etwas mit dem Wasser etc.

"Excellent service on shore and at sea. Food was decent, a bounty of options and they accommodated my vegetarian diet nicely. Bus transfers from Hanoi very well-managed. Staterooms are comfortable but basic and dated. This is a budget-friendly tour and I was personally happy, but by no means is this a luxury cruise or an high-end experience.
The beach and cave excursions had painfully long queues, so I waited by the boat docks for my group to return.
