"My wife paid Expedia for the room in full when she booked it. I arrived on Sunday and on Monday my wife informed me that they had charge our credit card for two nights. I confronted the management with our payment to Expedia and the charge to our credit card and they said they would take care of it. When I checked out today, they had charged the entire amount to somebody else’s credit card in our name and our room number. Extremely unprofessional, considering they were asked to call me and they...

"Great service great breakfast great place and location"

"It was ok"

"I liked the cleanliness, comfortable bed, plenty hot water in shower, little kitchen for coffee, breakfast in comfortable setting near lobby, hot coffee, yogurt, good parking included because we had a big vehicle to park, walking distance to good dinner restaurant if tired of driving. nice towels. We'd go back next time."

The bathroom tile floor was visually clean but sticky like it had not been properly cleaned. The bed was harder than I'm used to. The walls were thin and I could make out the conversations and programs being watched in the next room. Thankfully, the neighbors didn't stay up too late."

We lost power in our room at one point, and the staff tried to blame us for charging our phones in the plugs in the lamps. They were not apologetic or friendly. Needless to say that will be our last visit to a comfort Inn and suites especially that one."

"My husband and i truly enjoyed out stay at this Holiday Inn and we would return again for a stay. The lobby was clean, fresh carpet was laid in the hallways and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the pillows were all extremely soft snd there were no firm options. But everything else in the room was really nice. We had resturants near by easy access to getting to the main road. The pool was open at the end of October and each morning they dutifully cleaned it with the pool cleaner...
