"My wife paid Expedia for the room in full when she booked it. I arrived on Sunday and on Monday my wife informed me that they had charge our credit card for two nights. I confronted the management with our payment to Expedia and the charge to our credit card and they said they would take care of it. When I checked out today, they had charged the entire amount to somebody else’s credit card in our name and our room number. "Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town."

"Highly Recommended."

"Cool place to take a nap."

"We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the big , clean, airy and bright atmosphere of our room. Actually we added one more night! The bed was so comfortable , spacious and spotless! "Excellent place to stay"

"Great location. Friendly staff at check in. Great breakfast. Clean room. Great price. Definitely recommend"

"Had a late check-in for an overnight stay due to a family funeral the next morning. We were very glad to see the room was as clean as other reviews stated. Parts of the tub and toilet showed rust and wear, but everything worked for what we needed. Breakfast was well displayed and offered a good variety. We were able to drop off keys for an easy check out."

"Stayed there one night on the way home from Michigan to Colorado. The place was clean. The front desk was friendly and it served our purpose as well"

"We love this hotel. It is kept clean and the people are friendly and always helpful when needed!!"
