"This is a beautiful historic hotel with wonderful staff. I stay here often and highly recommend."

"On"

"Gut gelegen, leider lassen dich die Fenster nicht öffnen und es liegen überall staubige Teppiche. Ich hatte ein behinderten Zimmer und alles war viel zu niedrig für mich. Die Betten sind allerdings super."

"Everything was just right, facilities, staff and food"

"Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"Room clean but bed not up to Premier Inn standard. Very springy and uncomfortable. Grandson lived the packet of skittles in the room - this made his stay. Staff amazing and helpful "

"Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

"The staff were lovely and we had a great welcome. The club room was small and smelt musty. We put on the heating as the room was freezing when we arrived, it then got too hot, opened window to find thick black mildew. Pillows are hard. Swimming pool tiny and chaotic It's such a pity, as we normally really enjoy village hotels"

"Late night arrival was very smooth. Extremely modern and cozy stay."

"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"

"จากสนามบินมาสะดวกดีฟรีด้วยเวลาเข้าลอนดอนก็สะดวกมีให้เลือก2สายชอบมาก"

"Clean, staff great, breakfasts a great choice"

"Love this hotel. Always book this hotel the night before departure from Heathrow. Catch the local U3 bus for free from hotel to Heathrow. Only 2 stop to Heathrow Comfortable room. Nice shower The chase makes it easy for a couple to share luggage space. Tea kettle in room"

"Good stay, close to station."
