"In our room 203, the HVAC unit did not respond to the remote control. The controls on the unit were blocked by the closet and may have been the problem. Also that remote control has lettering on it that are so small that even young eyes would have trouble reading it. We just unplugged the unit and that kept the room more comfortable. We were very busy while in town so we did not have time have it looked at."

"Our room was not attended to during our stay. Trash baskets not emptied nor were the beds made up. Furthermore I was charged for an additional room which I never requested as my reservation asked for 2 rooms not 3!! This issue remains unresolved. On the positive side the breakfast was satisfactory. Until the overcharge for an additional 3rd room is resolved I cannot recommend staying here. Please note that I was a return customer as I stayed here in ‘24 without any issues!"

"The queen size bed was not the right size. Seemed like a double Everything else was great"
