Friendly staff, very clean and quiet room. Microwave and large size bar fridge. Forced to stay in Shelby vs. Great Falls on way from Calgary due to winter storm yesterday and icy roads. Glad I chose OYO.

The hotel is not how it look in the pics, old facilities, amenities need updating, the rooms where smelling like someone was smoking inside, the floor was very noisy when walking over it, no smoke detector or CO2 detector. Exhaust fan super noisy same with the air conditioning. Fairly clean room. Bathroom needs updating as well.

Definitely pet friendly and we really appreciated that. Quiet even though it is next to the railroad and highway. AC worked good, room was clean except for the floor which left my feet black after just one evening. Property seems run down. Breakfast offered was not worth the anticipation: my yogurt cup was bad and the mini muffins were stale. Coffee was the best thing about it. .The price was as high as other properties in the area, so if you are doing a price comparison, go with the other property.

Oyo hotels have a bad reputation, and this is my first time ever staying in one, but I thought that this property was nice. Certainly, not fancy or overly luxurious, but I thought it was just fine. It was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the service was friendly.

Under new ownership as we’ve always gone when the old owners were there, but this guy was so friendly and nice, place is always clean and inviting. The only downfall for me is the squeaky floor, but I will stay here every single time never had a problem there
