"New, clean, helpful staff."

"It’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is near LRT station, has a mall below and provides a shuttle bus service to IOI mall."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."
