"The location is spectacular. The staff was friendly. There are no phones in the rooms and no cell service. We did have WiFi. About 2 bars. You have to walk up to the restaurant for ice. The first room has somebody’s ski gear piled in front of the door and none of the outlets in the room worked. They moved us to a different room. Everything worked however the light switch was missing the cover plate."

"Pretty awful property, very poorly managed. The property instructions were extremely unclear. It took us about 30min to figure out where the check-in desk was (a tiny place next to an ice cream shop with no obvious sign). The place itself is really dirty and the staff were pretty unfriendly. If you have other options avoid this place at all costs. The only reason we had to book it was because there were no other rooms left elsewhere. They also charge additional $20 for using their linen/sheets....

"Nice hotel outside of crazy Jackson,my only complaints are the mattress creaks every time you move and the floors squeak.Beautiful views,free coffee and tea from the grocery mart.Need to put an end table on both sides of the bed.10 minutes from Tetons,would stay again"

"Prime location for a clean well maintained hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a king room in the main hotel, which offered an elevator to our room. Toiletries and a hair dryer were in the large bathroom. The breakfast offered was a great spread of hard boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage (depending on the day), ham & cheese croissants, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee & tea, just to name a few things. Free parking was offered, as well as a shuttle to the airport. Restaurants, shopping and...

"The Teton Teepee is a special gem in our resent travels. The staff greets as you walk through the door and make you feel like family immediatley, The main room with the soaring ceiling and the incredible fire place is inviting, comfortable and a social magnet for everyone staying at the lodge. The rooms are comforable and so quiet. I can't say enough about the breakfast, home made,filling and incredible. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have ever had. "Exceeded all expectations! We traveled from Iowa on a national parks trip with our kids! Last time we stayed in Jackson hole, but wanted something different this time! We loved this place so much. The staff was an amazing. Izzy recommended a wonderful hike in Tetons. We had amazing pizza, drinks, + penny literally stole our hearts. We did the horseback riding with Hayden and it exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to visit again! One of the best things about our trip!"
