Beautiful resort type hotel with the finest amenities. Location is terrific, breakfast is first class to prepare you for a mountain trek ! Shopping and dining right around the corner .

The lobby, what’s a beautiful lobby, loved that folklore look. This place has its signature scent, nice and welcoming. Overall perfection in every detail. Don’t forget to try good coffee in the morning and a mojito later in the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely Hotel
Very nice Hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very large and spacious rooms. The bed could be of better quality...also the towels are of a very inferior level. A bit of a problem with parking even though they give a good, efficient and cheap solution. A pampering breakfast with all the goodness to offer. The best espresso coffee in this city. Thank you for the hospitality.

Well, I have mixed feelings.
Wonderful and friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful decor, but in a 5-star hotel I would expect the spa not to have one tiny jacuzzi, not to mention the pool - in my opinion it is a wading pool. I have never seen such a small pool in any hotel. The gym also disappointed me - it was so small that I couldn't believe it for a while. To go to the spa, from some rooms you need to go through the lobby, which is a bit uncomfortable. In a 5-star hotel I think it should be organised differently :)

Three days in Zakopane.
Extremely comfortable hotel I would recommend it for everybody. There is nothing to complain about. I will return to this place whenever I'll be in Zakopane.

The views are amazing. Staff was delightful. Room was spotless. Front desk, bar staff and room service were very attentive. Staff was masked, lobby area and tables plainly marked when cleaned.

Fantastic hotel - new, spotless and with all amenities. Used the secure on-site parking underneath the main building. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Zakopane once more.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Zakopane. Highly recommended for these who look for vibrant and lively spot and don't mind noise. Lovely concierge and reception staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. However we have experienced very rude service from breakfast waitress and unfortunately this had an negative impact on our stay/ Fajny hotel w samym sercu Zakopanego. Polecam dla tych którzy lubią gwar uliczny i szukają centralnej miejscówki. Bardzo miły concierge i Panie na recepcji. Bardzo czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Jednakże bardzo niegrzeczna i niemiła kelnerka na śniadaniu której zachowanie niestety negatywnie wpłynęło na zadowolenie z naszego pobytu.

The design of this hotel is amazing …I have travelled extensively and this was up there. Room, Swimming Pool and restaurant and location were great ….. Only criticism is that the beds were small even when joined together

Best Hotel in Zakopane!
The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were finished to a very high standard with all the essentials and comforts in the room. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi as it was always full to capacity, but all of the other gym and spa facilities were perfect. We requested a late checkout which the hotel staff were more than happy to accommodate. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was free which was an extra bonus. The breakfast had everything you could want and more. Everything about the hotel was above our expectations.

This place as of 2/1/20 was essentially brand new so cleanliness and quality are obviously excellent. The hotel is a bit difficult to find since there is no sign and only saw one for the Wersal which is either the old name or connected, could never fully tell. Water pressure was also a little off, but I think those are literally my only complaints. Other than that the place is amazing. Great rooms that are large and elegant. Staff was quite friendly. Breakfast was fresh. This place will compete for top spots in Zakopane.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet! aber der Wellnessbereich ist leider viel zu klein (es gibt nur 7 Liegen und es war an 4 Tagen nur einmal eine frei, auf die wir uns dann zu zweit gezwängt haben - es könnten zumindest noch zusätzlich Sesseln aufgestellt werden), bis 22 Uhr sind zudem viele Kinder… also die Entspannung ist leider nur eingeschränkt möglich Parken kostet 50 PLN pro Tag, also auch relativ teuer…

Piekny hotel ale retauracja slaba
Hotel jest imponujacy pod wzgledem dbalosci o detale. Rzadko w Polsce mozna spotkac hotel z taka doza piekna na kazdym kroku. Nie ma sciemy zarowno w wykonaniu jak i projekcie. Wyrazy uznania dla projektanta. Przyjemnosc ogromna moc spedzac czas w takich wnetrzach. Obsluga rownie mila i pomocna. Jedyny mankament, nad ktorym uwazam hotel powinien popracowac to restauracja. Sniadania bardzo slabe, brak mozliwosci zamowienia porzadnej kawy a nie ze stupid ekspresu, na ogromna ilosc ludzi na sniadaniu dwie kawiarki to troche malo. Obiad/kolacja w restauracji tez nie powala smakowo.

Obiekt wyglada slicznie. Jedyne do czego mozna sie przyczepic to bardzo male spa i strefa basenowa… nie wystarcza na te wielkosc hotelu.

Godt valg - super fint hotel.
Vi havde et super dejligt ophold med 3 overnatninger. Alt var virkelig godt 👍 Fine værelser, dejlige senge og meget serviceminded personale. Morgenmaden var lækker og det prøvede vi også at få på roomservice for kun 40 zolty - perfekt. Virkelig skøn og stor altan og rigtig fin beliggenhed. Et godt valg, hvis du skal bo i Zakopane.
