Was okay. Poor craftsmanship is leading the property to deteriorate in the washrooms, tiles cracking, vanity falling from original resting place, bathroom clearly has minimal ventilation, Overall average stay tho

We were visiting for the eclipse, and the staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly offering advice, and brought out banquet chairs during the eclipse. They had glasses for the guests to use and literature from the local area. We were initially going into Houlton for the eclipse, but the hotel was so friendly and quieter, we stayed at the hotel
