"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. "I would love to give this a high rating because the staff was great and the location is good. I will also say that it’s very safe. I can’t give it a high rating because there were more than a dozen items in the room that needed a hand on it. Simple things which makes you wonder what the issue is. I didn’t see other rooms but the maid service attempted to come in every day with no way to say “do not disturb”. The first day I thought it was someone at the wrong room because I don’t speak Italian....
