My family of 4 stayed here for a short 4 day visit. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, The Lawrence Market, the Eaton Centre mall, Museum of Illusions the Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower and shops in the downtown area. It was a short walk to Front Street ( main strip) which we went to daily. The hotel was very clean. Our 2 Queen bedroom Accomodation had plenty of room for our luggages. We had a great view as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were happy with it. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We had many questions since it was our first time in Toronto. We were given maps, directions and guidance using the Tram ( to Kensington Market). They even printed out our boarding passes and reserved a car for us on the day of check out. The best part of the hotel was the free daily breakfast . It was quite a spread. It contained hot food ( bacon, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausage), fruit, muffins, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereals. In addition, there was a coffee and tea area set up during the day for everyone’s convenience. The main floor had plenty of seating and areas to eat, relax and unwind. Snacks and drinks were available for purchase in the lobby. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend this property 😊

Room was fine and spacious enough. Bathroom was clean and shower was excellent. Plenty of TV channels were available and the WiFi was overall very good. Other in room facilities were a bit confused though. There was a microwave in the room, not really sure why. A coffee machine was provided with pods but no milk/cream. Similarly tea bags were present but no way to boil any water. (There was boiling water in the lobby though - but frequently no milk/cream). Breakfast was ok, though clearly not made on site. Furthermore disposable plates and cutlery were provided which seemed a bit of a waste.

We were super disappointed in the snack robot Marley. We noticed flyers in the elevator advertising the service. Flyer in our room and in ahllways. Placed a order, waited at the door for about q.5 hrs and it didnt show. The order said placed and processed on app. When checking out and asking what happend i was told "oh its not working" then why have signs advertising a service all over the hotel when in fact it is not available. False advertising at its finest. No out of orer sign. Just disappointed and wasted our time.
