"We love the Ramada. Staff are always lovely, rooms are done nicely, and usually the beds are totally comfortable. Our stay this time though the mattress was awful. Big sags in spots that made it very difficult to find a place to lay without having a huge hole underneath your body. This mattress needs to be recycled! Room 619. We have to go back overnight again in 3 days and I’m praying we don’t get the same room and mattress! "

"The hotel was nice enough and the room was very comfortable. It's just a small thing but these things really annoy me. When I arrived The guy at the desk asked me if I wanted to park park inside or outside. I of course opted for inside. Why wouldn't I because he did not mention any charge. After I checked out I noticed they had charged me for the underground parking.
