The service was excellent people at the front desk and waiters. Excellent I would not hesitate to send anybody to your hotel. We were there for just two nights and three days and had a great time.

Disappointing
The hotel has great potential, but is being let down by poor management. The rooms are not cleaned properly, dirty glasses and plates were left for days. The bed sheets were never changed, and should have been changed every 2 days. We had to ask frequently for toilet rolls, as they had not been restocked although nearly empty. On arrival, the table on the balcony was dirty, and the ashtray full of cigarette butts. Food in the hotel was bland and very often cold. Choice especially breakfast was poor. Poor quality ham and chicken slices every day, no change. Very often we had to ask for cups, spoons, butter etc, as they had run out and staff did not check unless people complained. Drinks in the hotel are very expensive. I would not recommend this hotel, management need to train and supervise staff properly.

Only stayed for 2 days but it’s a pleasant hotel . Happen to stay a day on Sunday and it is crowded so I think if you stay the weekend, it’s best to reserve a place at the restaurant if you need to have your meals at the hotel.

Their service is excellent! Was showed around the property upon check in. This property is also environmental friendly, all water bottles are made from plant based. The buffet breakfast & dinner was good.

Good points and bad points A nice modern refurbished hotel. Pleasant staff and a keenness regarding customer care. Food and drink of reasonable standard although buffet arrangements limited choice and inconvenient serving when busy. Rooms while quaint are in my opinion to rustic and don’t offer great space nor view despite being upgraded. Setting of roof top bar is good but service at times very slow. Main pool too cramped. Surrounding public beach is busy with locals and across road, prone to noise and cars/music. Equally nightly cabaret does have local musicians and can become more non residents than residents depending on band popularity. Nice touch of towels/beach mats/cool box to get filled with drinks. Equally you get a daily credit which you can use for excursions etc we chose boat trip. Secure limited parking at rear of hotel. We’d suggest get out and about and lovely beaches down toward Bel Ombre and even Flic & Flac beach by bus service is an option. Locally limited eating places and bar. Spa we didn’t use as way overpriced even given voucher discount, there is a place beside main junction in/opposite church will do nails/massages by appointment and great value (at least half the price) so while Veranda Tamarin has good attributes the location , quality of room size and limited pool means I’ll look elsewhere if returning.

Pleasant stay
Fairly good hotel, not top luxury but good for 3 star hotel. Pool areas were quiet until mid afternoon. Avoid returning to park at sunset on a weekend as very busy with locals who may be in the hotel reserved spaces. Good location to explore nearby sites

Nice location right opposite the beach (not a great swimming spot due to strong currents) with loads of parking. Easy check in process with friendly staff throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was very good. The dinner we had, a buffet style on arriving late left a little to be desired.

Amazing stay
We had excellent stay at the Veranda Tamarin, staff was super friendly helped us with everything we needed . We were able to check in early (we got to the hotel at 9am after our 12g fly) and we’re even offered breakfast which was super nice ! Super cute beach baskets with towels, mats and cooler box to take with you. Lovely roof top pool with nice view, Greta location to local sites, we also booked a sunset hike which was run by two local ladies and it was amazing. Nice food and drinks too. Expected a lot more than the served.
While the hotel is average and is relatively expected for this price, the location is definitely not great. The beach in front is far from the hopes all coming tourists would have. The surrounding neighborhood is not very much touristic. The unpleasant part were the improvised loud music parties that are happening often in the complex. Car with loud music comes in the afternoon, starting a weird kind of entertainment and they don't stop until 3am. Things get out of control and one of the "parties" included beating a policeman, eho tried to calm down the noise....not recommended place Sorry.

My family and I had a beautiful 2 day stay where we saw 2022 in. New Years arrangement was very organised, Jeremy and staff were accommodating to our kids needs, amazing fire works display on the beach!! Definitely would recommend!!

Great Staff
The staff at the hotel were very helpful, respectful, hospitable, and accommodating. I have nothing but positive feedback on the professionalism of the staff. The location is right in front of the beach for those that want to take advantage of the beach and Tamarin town is not that far driving distance for restaurants, shops, and groceries stores. The hotel itself was very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again.

What a fun weekend we had!
The hotel is across the parking area from the pubic beach, but as a result there is a lovely "local vibe" at the hotel and the Funky Fish bar on the roadside has a fantastic atmosphere. Food and drinks are unusually fair in price. The family rooms are great with a mezzanine floor with twin beds for the kids. The kids absolutely loved the surfing and watersports so we'll be back again soon!

lovely fun hotel
Had a fantastic time. Kids loved surfing. The hotel has a fun atmosphere and the bar has a lovely vibe. F&B prices are Very fair. We’ve already booked to return!

We stayed for two weeks and think we could have been offered some incentives to use spa water sports etc. We Used boat house for hiring bicycles and catamaran trip, should have better prices for hotel guests

Awesome stay.
Awesome hotel with excellent facilities and service. They even have turn down service. Good breakfast and restaurant on site. Staff very professional. I felt like hotel is underrated I would personally give it 4+ stars.

Very Good Experience,took some time to check in though. Wifi did not work at start because of i phone but was sorted out afterwards..Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff is amazing and so friendly. Everyone makes an effort and wants to make sure you are having a good time. It’s also a nice size and feels more intimate that way. Facilities are very nice.

Friendly and warm welcome. Tamarin Veranda Hotel is the right place for Your stay, nothing fancy but reallly clean, well maintaned and functional place. Pool is really nice and always clean (every early morning always clean and work on it to keep the pool PERFECT). It is small and visitor friendly hotel. The food is nice and well cooked ! It shoukd be just more various, but it is more than ok, we really enjoyed it. The staff is always there trying to help You out in some way as much as they can, a particular mention goes to Cheostopher, David and Valentina of Sport and Leisure department... they were really more a bunch of friends make You feel really more than welcome ! The Hotel is really well managed, and Dimitri (the Manager) organise everything You need in case of specific request (when possible). Hotel gives a good range of activities and most of them free of charge. Plus there is a Surfing School just part of the Hotel...and it gives exactly that Yeeeahhhh Vibe to the whole stay ! Take it easy.. and book with Tamarin Veranda, You will not regret :)

Un endroit reposant avec toutes les facilités nécessaires. Le sourire du personnel et l’accueil est vraiment très appréciable. La chambre est de type trois-étoiles. Très bien équipée. Elle est faite tous les jours. Nous avions la chambre en dessous de la piscine Rooftop. Un superbe upgrade qui nous permettait d’avoir l’espace pour nous seuls dès le matin. Le petit déjeuner est super. Le buffet du soir un peu moins bien. Mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants Très chouette alentours pour pouvoir passer de bons moments. Très facile de se garer en face de l’hôtel et très Sécurisant! Les soins du spa sont super quoi que quelques peu élevé pour le type d’hôtel.
