This hotel is very clean and good service from door men downstairs and the views from the room is incredible. The only downside is location is slightly random, not in old Macau or cotai where all the other new casinos and hotels are.

the room is somewhat outdated compared to the exterior of the building. staff service at the front desk was a bit snobbish, did not answer our questions at all, they just ignored us. and not because they were busy. and the pool was not opened for some reason, which was one of the features I wanted to come, you should have stated this on the web site.

The hotel has 3pm check in policy and your room isn’t ready, most of time. When one has one hour or so to wait, there is no immediate lobby lounge as in other hotels. I walked around the neighborhood during the heat, hot weather.

Outstanding Experience!
It was absolutely outstanding. The insane sweeping views of the Macau peninsula were the real show stealer. I loved the service, everyone spoke English well (you could tell their hospitality service was of the upmost importance.) I enjoyed the surprise tea brought to my room after I arrived and the personalized luggage tag upon departure. The hotel room was perfect, with a comfortable-clean-chic feel... and don’t forget the AMAZING infinity pool and spa. I partook in that multiple days, as well as the giant bathtub in the room. I would stay here again when in Macau.

magnificent room view with the night scenery, property is clean and luxurious. Casino is slightly small if you fancy to try your luck. no shuttle bus unlike other hotels in Macau, but taxi access is convenient.

The room is very spacious with living area, bed area and the bath room is amazing. As I was visiting in December, weather is chill for swimming. But with indoor swimming pool, I can still enjoy it. A minor disappointment for me is that, the casino has only 1 type of game with table, Baccarat, other games like roulettes has machine game only.

I was really impressed by the Front Desk at Altira. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room I got was wonderful, with a nice partition for cloakroom adjacent to the bathroom. The bed was super cozy and clean. I can’t wait to visit there soon.

World Class Luxury!
There's nothing more I can say about Altira Macao besides extreme excellence. This hotel is not on Cotai Strip or in the heart of Macao Peninsula since it's on the Taipa side, but Macao is so small it's a short shuttle or taxi ride to get wherever you need to go. The hotel's amenities are absolutely top class. The staff is attentive and courteous, the restaurant options are fantastic. Every guest room has a magnificent view of the peninsula. The pool and spa are world class.

Yhis is the 2nd time staying in this Hotel. The room is modern. And I especially love the giant bathtub. The staffs are friendly and are very helpful. The only complaint I have this time, and this is also the case in my stay in other hotels in Macau, as an obese individual who weight over 300 pounds, no hotels seems to be able to provide a bathrobe that can fit me. How hard it is to store a few big and tall bathrobes in the hotel just in case people of my kind show up? But all in all, I will still come back to this hotel next time I am in Macau.

Best experience so far, still 1 more night to go! Loving everything, only minor thing to fault is that in the lobby and the check in lobby on the 38th floor, the perfume that is pumped into the air is a bit too strong, sometimes leaving you with the feeling of desperately wanting fresh air.

Lovely hotel room with harbour views. Large and comfortable beds with a luxurious bathroom. We used the spa facilities which were heavenly. The only potential downside is that the location is slightly further away from all the other casino hotels.

The room is extremely beautiful, modern and clean. The stafs are friendly and highly trained. Unfortunately, there are a few problems. a) The Free Shuttle between the Ferry Terminal and the hotel can be more frequent (40 mins to 1 hour is too long). b) unlike many 5 stars Hotels in Macau, this hotel does not provide a mobile phone for guest to use outside of the hotel. c) No Breakfast Buffet Other than these, my stay in this Hotel is very pleasant.
