Awesome redone hotel, right in the heart of the action in st Michaels. Would definitely stay here again for another wedding if given the opportunity.

This spot was absolutely perfect for our weekend. We ran a running race that went through town so this was a central location. The finishes are top of the line. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the staff was so so accommodating. It’s absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and catch a break. Leaving aside that the town of St Michael’s was redoing the sidewalks by the hotel and waking us up with the noise of jackhammers before 8am (for which the hotel can’t do anything), we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the design of the room, its spaciousness and airiness, the wonderful smell of the soaps provided and the smores by the fireplace in the evening. The town is very charming and walkable, and we loved taking the complementary bikes for a cruise around town.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The place was clean and right in walking distance to town. The only negative is that the noise from other rooms is a little loud.

Everything is so neat and clean. They even upgraded our room for our anniversary. The room is very spacious. There's extras like candy, water, smores, firepit, balcony and breakfast. Well done, Wildset!

What a cozy comfy gem in the midst of a winters weekend! I traveled solo for a funeral and was so comforted by everything from the amazing dinner at Ruse, s’mores by the fire out back, and in-room fireplace and Bose I could connect to my phone for tunes. Woke up to a snowy skiff and enjoyed flaky croissants, quiches and coffee before going out for a morning walk. The little store which doubles at the hotel lobby is stocked with chilled beverages, coffee, and gift stuff. This light and airy inn will leave you yearning for more!

Our Favorite Home Away from Home
Wildset in St. Michaels is awesome. Staff is great, rooms are spacious and soothing, thoughtful attention to detail on everything. Their restaurant, Ruse is always delish, great vibe and the best oysters!

The main house has been beautifully converted. The hallways are naturally lit during the day (skylights) and the rooms are spacious and modern. The sitting areas on two porches were a nice touch with an activity area in the front and a garden area in the back. Very pleasant. The restaurant, Ruse, was elegant for dining and served equally well for the morning continental breakfast buffet. The location on St. Michael's main shopping street extremely convenient.

Exceptional accommodations
I enjoyed our stay and I can not not say enough great things. Everyone there is extremely accommodating. I love the decor and our room was very comfortable. The Ruse restaurant was convenient and the food was magnificent. The continental breakfast was delicious! I also love the gift shop!

We came to the Wildset for an anniversary overnight. The property is beautiful, and each building has so much charm! Our room was clean and beautiful! The bed was BEYOND COMFORTABLE and we both slept amazingly! They had a bonfire last night with cute s’mores kits and we got to meet other lovely couples while relaxing by the fire! It was a very classically beautiful evening that we appreciated so much! Can’t say enough about the service and accommodations! Will definitely be back! Also, plus side is they allowed dogs (though we left ours at home so we could actually relax!)

I did not like the breakfast. The croissants were wonderful but I would have appreciated some Eggs cooked to order since the cost of the room was rather pricey!

We very much enjoyed the Wildset. It was very clean and updated. The staff were all extremely friendly and accomodating. Our only complaint would be the lack of insulation between rooms. We could hear the next door neighbors talking and snoring. Otherwise, it wasn't a big issue and we would highly recommend the Wildset.
