I recently had the opportunity to stay at Grand harbour Hotel from 4th april to 5th april and while I appreciated many aspects of the property and its facilities, I felt compelled to share some concerns regarding my experience.
Firstly, I must commend the property for its overall appearance and the quality of its facilities. However, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. Throughout my stay, I encountered instances of what I perceived as unprofessional behavior and a lack of attentiveness from some members of the staff.
Additionally, there were issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. Despite my expectations, there was a persistent odor present from the beginning of my stay, which detracted from my overall comfort.
Furthermore, it was my husband's birthday during our stay, and I had specifically chosen this for its advertised view and expected exemplary service. Regrettably, we did not receive any special attention or service to acknowledge the occasion, which was a disappointment.
While I understand that no establishment is perfect, I believe it is important to provide feedback so that improvements can be made. I hope that my comments are taken constructively, and I trust that steps will be taken to address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience at the hotel.
