"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."

"Little disappointed, checkin receptionist less than helpful, we were just told “not in main building go outside over there” and had to figure the rest out for ourselves. Toilet wouldn’t flush and no water pressure in washlet, ended up fixing it myself. Bathroom had limited light, making showers kinda difficult. "This is the most horrible experience!! I booked this hotel online and my booking was accepted. The hotel withdrew the money almost immediately after my booking. A couple of days prior to my arrival date, I sent several emails to hotel management asking the hours to use the pool but I never received any responses. On the day that I was supposed to check in, I rented a grab taxi to take me to the property and to my horror the sign said it's closed. WTH, are you kidding me??? Here I was standing...

"This was a very pleasant place to stay in Pattaya, although a little far from the beaches. The 1st room that they put us in was very noisy and bright, with floodlights on hotel's marquee shining right in our window. Keep away from 304!! They hotel manager promptly upgraded us to a suite on the 6th floor. Still a little noisy but much darker at night. Nice view of the street below and surrounding area. Great room with plenty of space. Terrible breakfast, don't bother. Nice infinity pool. Seems...

"Hotel shows its age and they have a staff shortage. Fine pool, no restaurant. Some of the staff are great, one was a disappointment. Interesting area that I don't know what to say about. Restaurants etc. available all around."
