Reception made us feel welcome on arrival. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the air-con worked, and the pool was fabulous. The location was quiet, but super convenient to shopping and the MRT. Our only issues were: low pressure in the shower - but we're used to high pressure so it wasn't a major; and the kettle in the room was faulty.

CP 值很高

房間雖然不新，但是空間大，小孩很愛游泳池，附近走路10分鐘以內有烏節捷運站，飯店旁邊有屈臣氏，麥當勞，卡揶吐司，7-11，吃東西很方便住的是低樓層，沒有view，但或許這是房價便宜的關係吧

The hotel itself was not bad and was alright for what we needed. The deluxe room was spacious enough for 2 people. They hold our luggage for us even after we check out. Check in was easy enough but it was a little slow because the employee that was helping us kept getting interrupted by multiple employees with other issues which slowed down the process. They do not provide bath robes, which I was counting on when packing. They do provide toothbrushes. However, I do not believe that housekeeping was very good. Some of the towels smelled like they had been used. They do not always provide you with additional toiletries everyday. We ended up running out of their body gel because they never provided us with additional ones when they cleaned our room so we had to wait until the next day when they came back. They don't provide you with cold complimentary bottled water and ask that you use sink water since their water is clean. I understand they want to conserve water but it was not convenient. Since it was so hot we ended up buying our own bottled water from being so thirsty. They give you an empty glass bottle to fill up with water. But since we were exploring most days I was worried the bottle might break since it did not look durable. I also thought the plumbing could be better. You have to hold the toilet button down for a while to flush everything. I also wished they had a jacuzzi.

Fabulous stay

Excellent stay ! Service was excellent too. Breakfast was one of the best we had. Only thing there wasn't a live egg station which would have been helpful. The manager who attended to my issue was exemplary in his service. Thank you very much to you and all the rest too !

Located close to “everything “ and allowing for easy walking. Superb staff, and a real top visit if the club level is chosen.

Very nice hotel with a kind and helpful staff for anything we were asking about. Safe and more reasonably priced. Walking distance to the botanical gardens

Room was very dark with strong smell of mould. Internet connection was very poor Coffe machine was broken, same as the landline phone Location is excellent but there are better options nearby for similar price and newer hotels
