Thank you Werner for taking the time to write this review.We are sorry that your stay at MEN's Resort did not meet your expectations.As soon as you arrived, you told us that the Standard room was not good enough for you. Unfortunately on that period we were fully booked and there was no possibility of changing to another room category. We fully understand that you have higher expectations, however the room you received matched exactly your reservation.Our guests generally appreciate our Standard rooms. But for those who want to have a balcony, a larger bed, and more storage space, in this case a Suite is indeed more suitable.Your stay would certainly have been much more to your liking if you had chosen a Suite when you booked.The satisfaction of our guests is our priority, and we're always pleased to reply any questions received by email before or after the reservation to give more details on room categories or anything that could help to have the best time in our hotel and in Siem Reap.Anyway despite your dissatisfaction we appreciate that you kindly added two pictures showing our great swimming pool and green environment :-)
