"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

"If staying at this hotel, do not get a room on the 4th floor. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and whenever someone pulls a chair out in the restaurant, the screeching sound is heard very loudly in the room. After a day long trek, I wanted to get some rest. There was a loud party in the restaurant that went till 1AM. Upon enquiring, I was told that the party host was the MD of the hotel and they cannot be told to stop after a reasonable time.
