"Very close to Kondae food street which is great for late night dining and drinking. Also next door to a mall with various shops. Great location, good gym facilities too. Stayed in a superior suite, massive room with more than enough space for a family of 4. Only issues encountered were the heating levels."

"Excellent property with large suites especially for Seoul. The location could not be better in the heart of Insadong. Traveled as a family of 4 with two children aged 9 & 11 and booked a two bedroom suite. Safe, clean, great gym, clean, great staff, and large pool. The Korean BBQ restaurant downstairs was really good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We enjoyed the convenience we experienced in Lotte City Hotel; the convenience store, Angelinus coffee shop, close to subway stations and various restaurants. The staff were all nice and helpful. The only downside we experienced was the long wait for elevators, and also insufficient supply of necessities for 2 people."
