They took really good care of us, especially Jorge who helped us both arriving and departing. Property was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast and gym. "Three great things about the Marriott: / amazing staff and attentiveness / great breakfast / reasonable parking price One thing I did not like is that they charge you extra for bottled water, which is unreasonable as first of all its a 5 star hotel and second we are in Mexico City and we cannot drink tap water. They should offer alternatives to reduce plastic like maybe thermos with filtered water or pitchers of drinking water. "

Great option in CDMX!
"The staff was welcoming, warm and treated us like family. The gym was fantastic. The pool is wonderful to refresh after walking around or just to relax. At night, during the weekends, it does gets noisy (noise from the street, restaurants, club music), it’s not something that bothered us too much and I think it’s unavoidable in such a lively area but it’s location and price was pretty much unbeatable. The 24 hour room service was a life saver and our room a Jr Suite was extremely spacious and more than perfect! Overall, would definitely come back :) "
