Courteous staff and good breakfast, especially enjoyed the Mexican treats. Nearby restaurants were also delicious. The hotel itself needs improvement. Our AC did not work despite it being quite loud. We did not have a restful night during our stay due to hot room.
The Westin Santa Fe offers an exceptional experience with its outstanding service. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The facilities are top-notch, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the delicious dining options. The hotel's convenient location in Santa Fe makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, the Westin Santa Fe excels in providing a memorable and pleasant stay with its exemplary service
The hotel is very good, staff kind and helpful.
Restaurants are very good cuality..
one item just to comment , your bar is very overpriced on Scotch and liquor,,
For Example in every bar and restaurants Chivas 12 price is doubled in price …450.00 for one shot and in every bar in the area costs 200.00 to 2.200.. and so on..
Common use facilities such as the restaurants, spa, meeting rooms are in perfect conditions. The problem is having to pay more than $550 USD per night to stay at the Westin Santa Fe. They no longer have bell boys, each guest is responsible for their own suitcases and figuring out how to get to the room. I booked the option with 'view of the hill' and they gave me one with a grotesque view of Banobras. In the closet they leave you only put one hanger, and they no longer have a clothes iron. They also no longer provide bathrobes or slippers. Internet is included, but it is useless, the Guests network connects at 1 or 2 Kbps, so I had to use my own mobile data to be able to work. I urge to consider options like the Holiday Inn or other hotels which offer better features in the rooms. When I went to share my comments at the front desk, they told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic, which, 4 years later, is just an excuse.
