A wonderful location in dire need of renovations. Broken window treatments/blinds - wood-rot in door frames, slippery tile throughout - showers were terrible and impossible to use. “Ocean View” was not an “Ocean View” Pools not heated - chairs in room had filthy fabric on cushions and from 1980’s - broken table in room - I could continue but won’t. Fantastic staff & beautiful spa. Pizza was delicious and a great breakfast buffet! Work on improving the property and its interior it will be an amazing resort!

We LOVED the fact that this hotel is RIGHT on the beach and you can walk a mile down the sandy beach to the Sunset bar/grill !!! The sunsets are PHENOMENAL !!!! The property is beginning to look a bit dilapidated....stained towels, blood on the comforter, clogged toilet, and in general needs a good painting inside the room and out on the balcony. But if management gets a grip on these issues, we would highly recommend this property to families (especially with young kids). The heated pool, water slides, pirate ships, horse carousel in the lobby, and water play land are PERFECT for kids. And the thatch hut bar located overlooking the beach is PERFECT for adults to grab a cold beverage while enjoying the ocean !!!!

It’s a really nice place. Unfortunately, for us it was very inconvenient and unsafe. We had my elderly mom with us in her wheelchair, and it seemed that the hotel staff didn’t care about giving us a handicap accessible room or maybe the hotel didn’t have any. Not sure.

Won’t be back.
The entrance is amazing also the lobby. Then you get to your room that is very dated and worn. There is thin set dried on the tile by the dresser and the tile is falling of the front of the tub/shower also one of the electrical outlets fell out of the wall when I realized my phone wasn’t charging oh by the way the wires weren’t connected just shoved in the box. Now let’s talk about the pool oh my to say it was cloudy and green would be an understatement, going in that says bacteria infection all over it.

Batrhroom floor, toilet shower/tub and sink was very, very dirty, mold around sink faucet, pink/yellow gunk around inside tub and on the outside (floor/tub area) flood was DIRTY was not moped (the whole room has not been swept or mopped). Tub and sink clogged. Bed sheets where dirt (shoe prints on bed sheets). Room door had to be pushed open with force cuz door kept getting stuck, tv broken, A/C did not cool. Hall way tiny trash bins where packed with garbage and all 3 days I was there never got emptied out. Staff was friendly but Hotel rooms need to be renovated big time. Pictures on website are old because room look nothing like the pictures. I was able to move to another room but after the staff looked at 3 other rooms before a clean one was found. This was my first time staying at this hotel and was very excited because it looked so nice but was very disappointed, specially for what they charge per night. Not worth it!!!!

Kid friendly, but had issues with door not locking (fixed by maintenance), toilet running 24/7 (not fixed, though they did get it to flush), and a horrible smell coming from bathroom area (area was clean / no dead animals which is what it smelled like). Lots of kid areas at pool, no adult areas.

WORST STAY OF MY LIFE
Booked hotel based on acceptance of pets. We are traveling with our miniature schnauzer. Upon arrival hotel seemed surprised we had a pet when we did inform hotel prior to our arrival through message system and shows in the booking. We were not allowed to stay in room booked (ocean view) that we booked because they claim it’s not allowed with pets. We asked for a different price and they claimed it’s the same as a regular room however unsure why anyone would believe that on top of there being the need to distinguish the difference. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and the hotel was basically empty. Front desk gentleman said we had to be away from the other guest in case there is barking…. The hotel was empty. We were placed at the very end of the hotel. Down a dark outdoor hallway missing tiles and random open utility closets. The room smelled of Urine. We went to the restaurant outdoors from the restaurant. There was one other table there because it was a deserted hotel. The food was good. Back inside we walked back to our dungeon of a room and again saw one or two people. The hotel should not be operating when all they do is treat guests as an inconvenience and cannot clean. The staff and hotel need a crash course on hotel customer service and hospitality. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Complete waste of money. BAD LOCATION!!!! SCARY EMPLOYEES!

Location is great. But the property never made it out of the 80s and the staff seems to have absolute zero clue of how to run a lobby, talk to guests, or even understand the basic concept of customer service. There was one veteran waiter and one veteran lobby staff member that did a great job. But the lobby was run by kids you’d probably find at a gas station as clerks on a run down part of town. I was only happy with two people out of the 20 staff members I encountered in my stay. The building itself it’s horrible. No wife for a whole day. No water pressure, a water mixers in the shower that only had two settings: scalding hot or off. The drain was clogged from decades of hair wads and mold. Tv didn’t work. AC didn’t work. House keeping came to clean, I told them to hold on 2 minutes while I grabbed my things to leave. Left them to it. I came back 3 hours later and the room wasn’t clean. Then they knocked again to come and clean up I told them yes, my wife was in the bathroom and they couldn’t wait another 5 minútelas and began cleaning tripping over ourselves. It took them less than 5 minutes. Although I have them more than 3 hours to clean and they didn’t do it in that Timelapse.

The area around the location is beautiful, you can take a walk on the beach and enjoy the unique view. The resort is very nice and the staff are professional and helpful. A working coffee maker would be very desirable and other minor maintenance issues were reported. There is no coffee available anywhere nearby before 7AM.

The rooms were very noisy, the hotel was empty and they but someone on the upper floor! They advertised to have heated pools and hot tub and there was non. Will never come back!

En las fotos muestra una piscina hermosa, sin embargo no fue así, estaba fuera de servicio, quedaban otras 2 una estaba bien pero la otra muy sucia… sin mencionar que las instalaciones están muy viejitas Destacó el restaurante y la vista al mar

Muy bonitas las instalaciones de lo que es el lobby y las albercas, el hotel esta en remodelacion al llegar al hotel; En el sobre donde te dan las llaves te dan una carta con una disculpa por que esta en remodelacion los cuartos, no estan mal, estaba bonito el cuarto, solo le faltaba un poco de iluminación y la puerta de la entrada al cuarto estaba caida, pero nada que molestara en la estadia, personal muy amable y atento, recomendado
