The first room we had almost Electrocuted my husband, we heard a pop seen a flash then we had no power, no lights etc. The rooms don't have tv's. The rooms are dirty, tub/shower doesnt.even look like they scrub them at all. Pieces of trash on the floor. I had to use my cell phone to call the office because the room phone didnt work even before the power went out. They guy did give me a new room but even that room was dirty no tv no phone in the room and to top it all off I found bed bugs. Live. I took video and pictures of everything. I tried to speak with a manager ans was told no one was available to call back tomorrow. Wouldnt give me no names. I had to practically beg for a business card which still had no name. The front desk never once apologized tried to resolve anything etc. My husband and I feel disgusting.

The property was dirty and in a dangerous area. There were car parts just lying around the parking lot that almost caused my son to fall over. An axel of a car was just laying in the parking lot. There were no bugs on the mattress but there were dark red and dark brown stain on the bed skit, black stuff was smeared on the walls, in the morning when we woke up to the bugs crawling on the wall we got right up and decided to check out at 930 am . The manager was unable to be reached by the front desk worker regarding our “early check out due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions (door didn’t fully lock either) causing us to stay up all night worried about the 4 men outside our hotel room at 3 AM getting in their cars and leaving all night long! So the front desk worker decided to have us leave and then told us they would call us back after he tacked the manager. I decided to call at 230pm and I had reached the worker from before stating that Expedia had to refund my second night seeing how I billed with them, my family and I were hanging out at a truck stop bc we are from Ohio And we were in Virginia for a graduation. We had no place to go. I spoke to a chat assistant on Expedias website who told me they were “emailing their offsite team to assist in getting my family a replacement hotel “ but I have yet received a phone call, message, and or email from Expedias team member( that was yesterday’s at 2pm) thankfully I found another hotel that was not so unfortunately disgusting.

the staff was fine , but the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facilities are definitely in question. This was the first hotel I've ever gone to and saw mouse traps in the lobby and in "so called " eating area . A lot of broken vending machines and appliances all over ge property . The " breakfast" is more lack there of .. old unlabelled cereal and slices of toast . The rooms themselves weren't that bad , clean for the most part and beds were decent, but the non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom for would not lock. I believe this hotel was nice at one point, but now has become temporary resident housing for ppl who live in Virginia. There was wayyy more Virginia tags in the parking lot than out of state.

If I could I would give this property zero stars. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was black mold growing in the bathroom and what looked like rust or dried blood in the fridge. I had booked two rooms and the one room they gave us had a broken TV and the other had a broken door with a lock that didn’t lock. The hotel also advertises a free HOT breakfast. They only have bread (white and cinnamon swirl straight from the bag) and cereal in dirty dispensers. The coffee is in an urn and not very warm at all. Most disappointing hotel stay of my life.

Had bedspread replaced due to blood residual. Exposed light bulbs, no shades, dangling from wall mount. Sandwich plate size holes in wall behind restroom floor. Door looked like the swat team kicked it in. Rooms are in a severe dire need of repair and upgrade. Will not be back, do not recommend at all.

Strobe light (each time the mini fridge kicked on), could see light around the outside door, carpet was stained, and the whole place smelled like smoke. Bed was comfy, though! Breakfast options weren't great. Toast, dry cereal, or yogurt. (yes, there was milk and juice in the mini fridge, oh, and the coffee was good too!) the exterior corridors (and the rooms in general) felt borderline unsafe and were showing their age with creaky floors and draft doors. For what it was: cheap accommodations after a car wreck - it was perfect.

The walls had holes in it. The batteries were out of the smoke detector. The door wasn't completely in the door frame. There was a draft. The windows were like plexiglass. The bed was practically broken. The shower was dirty. The toilet bowl was dirty. The blanket was stained. The staff was very short and miserable. There was no "complementary breakfast"

This property was as expected for a low budget motel. It provided the bare minimum of amenities, but felt safe and family friendly. It was easy on and off highway, but had fewer dining options than other like properties. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again for one night if driving through the area.

One of the double beds leaned and the shower metal rod was not attached to the wall, it was in the corner with a shower curtain. So I couldn’t take a shower. I ended up staying another night because of severe weather and the maid disturbed me 4x by calling to me, knocking on the door and once even opened the door while I was sleeping in the afternoon. The “breakfast “ included cereal, coffee, toast and juice. The bare minimum.

Love this place!
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with our key card, and they just gave us a new room. We've been staying here for a few years now. We stayed at another place last week. It was an awful experience so we will always stay here. We have never smelled smoke or vapes. Water pressure is always good. They are pet friendly. Always clean.

It was okay fro passing thru and just a place to sleep for a night. No smoke alarms working,A big thing when you rent out smoking rooms, It looked like people actually live in there room do to having there own door mat. I won't be staying again.

Absolutely horrific conditions. The entire kitchen/dining area was covered in health hazards from black mold, unsafe temperatures for storing food, unclean dishwear and food storage/cooking areas. Room itself was additionally disgusting. Mold, dust, trash everywhere. Ripped and stained sheets, door wouldn’t properly lock, refrigerator and microwave didn’t work, mold, mildew and various other unsafe bacteria covered items throughout the room. I was afraid to look in more depth. No refunds available apparently, and the “free hot breakfast” consisted of stale cereal, and the end piece of toast with no butter. Juice machine didn’t work. No water even available. I took pictures of the horrific experience as I feel it’s not only unsightly, but UNSAFE. I don’t know how this place is legally able to remain open for business. It is one giant health hazard.

Clean bed but rooms could do with an update
The bed was clean, but the room could definitely do with an update. The smoke detector had been removed, the carpet was stained, the heater was not plugged in, there was no chair at the desk and my dog pulled a whole chicken bone and a bottle cap from beside the bed and nearly choked. There was only a very small area to walk dogs which was accessed by climbing a barrier which had metal rebar sticking out of it at dog eye height. My room was right by the metal stairs and people were running up and down and shouting all night long. There was also a smoke detector chirping all the the second night. The front desk staff were really lovely though and the area was very conveniently located.

Didn’t expect much but…..
The bathroom door would not close because it’s off the hinges on top, there was a huge dirty hole in the ceiling where there is to be a bathroom fan, the towels were rough and no longer white and the hairdryer plug was brunt.

Please don’t stay here
Well to be fair we ended up eating the cost of the room and left to book another place after seeing this place and dealing with the staff. My boyfriend and I were stranded after having our car totaled on our road trip through Virginia. We were dropped off to the Days Inn by the tow truck and instantly met by a window to check in, all locked doors and no one in the lobby. We booked a non smoking room but it smelled like a cigarette butt. We called to try to change our room and we’re hung up on twice. We finally got a different room, but the journey down the hall to get to the less smelly room was terrifying enough to just leave. I wish I had taken pictures to justify this review, because I honestly hate when people leave bad reviews just to be jerks. But this place really needs help. Mold, smoke, the bathroom sink was filthy… overall really sad. We also had hardly any cell service and the wifi wasn’t working. There’s also zero to no Uber/Lyft in the area. We waited over an hour to get an Uber after calling any taxi company nearby (all of them said they were too far to dispatch a cab to us). Overall I just have to be honest and say this place was a nightmare.

Worst hotel ever
The place was absolutely filthy there was urine stains all over the bedding the bathroom was horrific no smoke detectors the door knob fell off the service at the front desk when we made a complaint they tried to blame the filth on us I would not recommend this place to anybody terrible just terrible

It’s not at all like the pictures online!! My TV didn’t work they came to fix it twice and still didn’t work there was gum spit on the floor in two places housekeeper missed ceiling caving in plastic cigarette paper on back of toilet seat a sticker stuck on the shower wall and so much more!! It was horrible!!! And the walk way smelled like cat urine

Property had mold all over the room and was just dirty in general. Another friends room had a bunch of little bugs crawling on the walls. Property in general looked run down and just not cared for at all. Cigarette butts all over the floors and chicken leg bones in the walkways that someone just tossed out & my dog almost ate (extremely dangerous). Staff was friendly when checking in and out Didn’t appear to have any breakfast open the sites stay we were there even though it said free breakfast when booking. Sheets and bed were clean. That was about it.
