I not like the bed pillows. Our room was cleaned every day and the beds made, fresh towels daily. The breakfast area was well stocked, very clean, a pleasure to eat there thanks to the lady employee who worked so diligently.
More handicap and guest parking. I am not sure if it is noted anywhere or not but QUIET Hours need posted and mentioned to the guest at check in. I was woke up several times each night of my stay. Larger & more comfortable pillows.

Overall appearance is okay; nice decor and design of room. However the bedding wasn’t comfortable. The mattress is very firm and not soft. Would recommend looking into Hotel grade Beauty Rest brand. It took hours to fall asleep with awful mattress. Molding under fridge kept falling off and needs to be glued in place. Sofa cushions has multiple stains all over the fabric; had to flip the cushions it was disgusting. Pillows were good. Bathroom good and toiletries okay. Coffee in room was disgusting. Does anyone actually clean the coffee makers? Just curious. Breakfast was good but I would request in future your staff do not start putting food away until after 10am. I arrived at 9:45 and there were no scrambled eggs, most of sausage gone, staff was putting all pastries and breads away. Luckily I was able to get hard boiled eggs, yogurt and a waffle. This was a total turn off. I’m paying for a complete breakfast but didn’t get. If this is how you operate that only the early bird gets breakfast then please tell guests it is first come first served when they check in. I doubt I will return to this hotel and there are plenty of other hotels in the area that are better.
