Worst service but great location

If you are looking at zero service with great location, go for this. My friend Sunando Banerjee recommended the place as he was also one of the travellers. He did warn me about the service quality but never expected the place is so horribly mismanaged. Worst thing is that you won’t get a person to talk to. The place has an adjacent restaurant where you need to pay first to get food or a drink. But that also closes by around 8.00 pm .

This hotel ruin my vacation

First thing first, the room is so small. Two double beds are totally fit all room space no place to walk inside the room. Then the shower flow is so unbelievable slow. Last but not least, there is no room privacy at all. In overall, this is not the place to stay for your family trip. By the way, the hotel staff are also not friendly. They won't help you with anything you asked for.

Whaaaat??

It's location is better since it is near by the beach and activities in the evening such as eating delicious foods, chill out, fire show. etc.. But the hotel needs to improve their rooms. There are rooms that are too old and the sheets are not representable, which made me feel discomfort in staying here. Pictures presented to me through this site is not the same. Oh wait! Mosquitos are everywhere here better be ready.

Good location,bad wifi

Location is very near beach,but the wifi is bad at room.You can use the wifi at the public area better.The door guide is bad too,it is hard to open or close.

Mediocre beachside hotel. Good beach.

Okay room. No daily in-room service, just drop off towels, toilet paper, bottled water and coffee packets. Use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Some expensive beach activities, eg parasailing, snorkelling tours, jet skis. The island is all about tourism, very little Thai culture. Lots of on the beach restaurants.

Good location, next to the beach

The room was okay..... Not very clean when you look closely. But overall it was decent. It was very dark at night coming back to the bungalow. I would recommend installing lamps or some lighting around. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for a shot time.

nice location, low budget

We knew that the price shouldn't give us to high expectations. The rooms were ok, but sheets dirty with large holes. The bed was horrible. Both our backs were injured. The bathroom drain was just a hole in the wall. This invited ants so expect a lot of these in the room

Wi-Fi ur funktion på rummet högst upp

Ligger väldigt bra till nära strand och restauranger. Dock smutsigt rum ingrodd smuts på wc sits. Lite halvtrasiga utemöbler. Ingen hiss, Wi-Fi fungerade ej på rummet, blev lovad varje dag att de skulle fixa det. Bara ett leende med tomma ord.

Störigt och inte avkopplande!!

Kommer inte att åka hit igen då det enda minnena som kommer att vara kvar är: för mycket folk, personalen måste se ut som om dom bryr sig!!, hela tiden hör man bara dessa båtar som rusar sina motorer vid stranden!! Helt onödigt och mycket störande! Synd då stället har en del potential om någon hade tagit tag i det.....

They have a cat that stream the hole nights. Noisy and bad whifi. Bed is hard and No cleaning. Rooms are dirty.

Vlakbij het strand

Bungalow bevind zich vlakbij het strand. 20 meter lopen. Bedden zijn redelijk hard maar goed te doen. Schone basic kamer.

Lutikka pesä

2 yötä nukuttuamme huoneessa huomasimme että huoneessa oli lutikoita. Saimme toisen huoneen eri rakennuksesta joka oli kahvilan vieressä. Huone myrkytettiin mutta ei muita huoneita rakennuksessa. Kahvilan kalusteet laitettiin paikalleen n. Klo.06.15 ja musiikit täysille, plus erittäin kova ääninen keskustelu. Peti vaatteet olivat kuluineita. Hotellille piti kulkea valaisematonta hiekkatietä. En suosittele hotellia lutikoitten takia, muuten olisi ihan ok.

nära stranden inget för barn familjer

nära till stranden och piren. rummet luktade avlopp så första natten fick vi ingen sömn dessutom fungera inte AC på kvällen va uppe hela natten fläktar min 11 månaders bebis så han inte skulle svettas hela natten. dagen efter bytte dom vår rum lukta också äckligt sängkläder är gamla med fläckar betalar hellre extra och bor någorlunda normalt om man har barn.

Bungalows sulla spiaggia.. un po' datata come struttura ma piacevole. Camere spaziose e luminose e la struttura dispone di un bellissimo bar sulla spiaggia.

Basic AC room, the kind to expect in Ko Samed

The rooms are very basic but reasonably clean. Location is great next to the main beach (including free chairs & umbrellas, nice) and close to the shopping area/center of the island. Nightlife is close enough but not right next door. The rooms are expensive for what you get compared to elsewhere but thats general Ko Samed pricing.

Bra läge, halvdant rum

Ligger precis på Diamond beach och nära till alla möjliga restauranger. Stannade här under en vecka, var nöjd med helheten men bra läge och halvdant rum. Man får ju såklart vad man betalar för. Men helt klart prisvärt! Jag rekommenderar att man en moped, golfbil eller atv och hyr under en dag för att uppleva hela ön. Finns fina stränder längs hela västsidan och riktigt fina utsiktsplatser. Jag var på en längst söderut och en på östsidan! Riktigt fint.

靠近海灘

已經多次入住這酒店,因為靠近海難,價錢亦不貴,但越來越差了,之前每天會換毛巾(床單不會換)送2支水同比厠紙,員工會入房把沙掃走,今次入住只有第一日有放2支水同毛巾在門口,其他服務全沒有,以後不會再入住了
