I did not like that they only let you used the jacuzzi or sauna for 30 mins per day. Also my wife and I after the excursion try to get a massage and they only had one massage terapist available at the spa. So we were very disappointed. Pool it’s not clean as well, and temperature cool.

A fully equipped resort style hotel with multiple pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and rooftop bar. The hotel is modern, clean and the room is spacious with a desk and chair inside the room. The standout is the knowledgeable staff who were super helpful and welcoming from the beginning to end

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally hospitable. They managed to get us connecting rooms which was really great. The breakfast is just ok. The deck on the top floor with pool was great and the view and sunset were stunning. Overall. Great Hotel.

Great location, easy to walk to downtown to restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide choice of options. Very good exercise room.

Overall a great option for visiting Iguazu to see the falls on the Argentina side. Comfy bed and spacious room. Very clean. Nice pool areas, which are quiet in the daytime. Evenings at the pool are very loud and it becomes a busy pool area with lots of children. Music arguably too loud for what should be a chilled rooftop vibe. The pizza wasn't very good and the breakfast options whilst expensive weren't great.

Overall I was pleasantly surprise at how good it was. Some building areas are getting tired but overall it was good. Dining area was nice, could use a bit more variety but what was presented was good. The cappuccinos should have been included in the breakfast. Nice restaurants were pretty close.

This place was quite convenient as it was located within walking distance of many restaurants…also property has free parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions-also recommended taxi tours to the waterfalls and Cuidad Del Este—would definitely recommend and will return to this establishment…

El hotel es correcto con un buen restaurante. La avenida Brasil a menos de 100 metros ofrece otras opciones de cena fuera del hotel. Mejorable el aislamiento de las ventanas ya que algunas de ellas mo cierran hermeticamente y se oye el ruido de los aires acondicionados del propio hotel o del hotel cercano

We liked the location - very walkable - and the outdoor pool was great! The room was clean, very simple. Limited drawer space, so couldn’t really unpack anything.

This hotel has it all. Great staff, modern vibe (internal glass elevator), rooftop pool and bar/dining with 360 degree views that we did not want to leave. We did leave however because 1.5 blocks away is an area that is vibrant with restaurants, markets and bars. The waterfalls are a short half hour away and if you haven’t strained transport the hotel can do that for you. The room was comfortable and pristinely clean. Highly recommend!

Not accustomed with how the ceiling looked, seemed old cement with cracks. The bathroom sink is not user friendly, the water does not flow freely to the sink stopper

Great location
We enjoyed our stay at O2 mostly because of the location. The rooftop pool and view were great. My only comment would be that it would be nice to provide complementary bottles of water; our days in January were 100 degrees and it would have been a nice inexpensive perk to guests both to take in the morning or when returning from a tour. The breakfast was good with a number of tempting options. Being within a block or two or 15 minute walk of many fine restaurants was a big plus.

We were pretty tired and figured we'd simply crash. The front desk told us about the fabulous pool area on the 9th floor - we figured we'd take a brief look to be polite. We were suddenly rejuvenated! Just loved our brief stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel but very bad breakfast
We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel itself is amazing. It’s relatively new, clean, and in a good location. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was the breakfast. Almost all of the items (pastry, bread, sweets) were stale and not edible. Actually we saw the same items in both days we had breakfast there and it was obvious that they were from previous days. It’s really a shame since the hotel itself as I said is good.
