"El hotel está muy bien pero destacaría el servicio. Check-in y check-out rápido y sin colas pese a estar el hotel lleno. Cuando llegamos al hotel nos descargaron las maletas y nos aparcaron el coche. Muy cómodo teniendo en cuenta que está el hotel en el centro. El trato con el personal del hotel excelente. "

"We only stayed one night at this hotel but had a very nice experience. Staff was very kind and helpful and provided recommendations for places to eat and walk around. The location made it very easy to park the car in a garage for the night and walk around the area for sightseeing and dinner. Breakfast was very good - no complaints. No concerns about connecting to WiFi. The shower was one of my favorite things about our stay here - best water pressure of our trip! I would recommend this hotel...

"Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby."

"We booked an upgraded room so our room size was good. The standard room looks small. Nice clean quiet room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that there is no kettle or coffee making facilities. Hotel is 15 mins walk to the main attractions. For food, go to El Toro Tapas Alleyway 10 mins walk. The Renfe train station is 45 mins walk so best to take taxi or use the local bus."
