Hi Sirivan, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We can't add a cleaning fee charge in the system, so we charge it manually when the guest arrive. However, we've fixed this and now the cleaning fee will be billed when you book the room.

Hi First of all we want to inform you one more time we are not hotel service we are apartment/condo service thats why we never have reception on site but we always reply to your message and phone call to our office, we are open for 24 hour for online support.As you mention by you self after you call to us you get keys and can entrance to your room.

Hi Sarissss , thanks for your feedback. I hope you enjoyed your trip in Pattaya apart from the distance issue. The deposit money will be given back upon check out so we only have additional 500THB for cleaning service. :)

Many thanks for you review and the cleaning fee is one time fee as we don´t have service fee or other fees and expedia not collet this amount so we charge directly with you, please check your booking. About call we have 3 on our phone so maybe phone was busy when you called.

Thanks for your review and apologies about the yelling security guards, they do not work for us. Actually, you don't need a car as there is Uber and Grab taxi in the area. Also baht bus on the beach and Sukhumvit road costs just 10baht/peson.

We're sorry you were unhappy- our place is actually in a quiet area with clean air and also safe. Thailand is known to have stray dogs around, we can't control this situation but they won't bite you.
