No hot water couple day
no Wi-Fi at all
No towel every day
Charge me 17,000
I am not shower three day
I need to begging to clean my room
Someday the TV not working
And I complain to the manager he
hang up the phone in my face
I order 2 rooms, for me and my friend, and money was stolen from our rooms (from the safe- the 2 rooms). This must be someone from this ugly hotei.

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We take this serious & taking to my IT team as we do not have duplicate key of safe& you never give in reception too. Any how we checked your room & found 200 Qatar in your room.if are hear you can collect from me or FRONT DESK.

Kindly note that lady was not crazy n not ready to pay refundable deposit . Hotel has rules that without deposit room can not be alloted .Then our lady reception ask her to deposit passport but refuse to give . Guest was crazy n shouting to my staff. We should call police n hand over . But did not do . If u want I have a video clip n can share . So what do mean by teriable I do not understand.
