การบริการดีเยี่ยม เช็คอินง่ายและรวดเร็วมาก ห้องอาหารชั้น10กว้างขวางมากสระว่ายน้ำสวยและแยะสระเด็กไว้ด้วย พร้อมมีห้องสำหรับเด็กให้นั้งเล่นทำกิจกรรมได้ เสียอย่างนึงห้องเก็บเสียงไม่ค่อยดี ห้องข้างๆเสียงดังในเวลาตี1-2 ทำให้รบกวนการพักผ่อนของเรา แต่พอแจ้งทางโรงแรมก้อมีการจัดการให้ทันดี

สวัสดีค่ะคุณ Chanya ขอขอบคุณสำหรับความคิดเห็น ทางโรงแรมขอน้อมรับทุกคำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพให้ดียิ่งๆขึ้น 1.แอร์ เป็นปัญหาหลักที่เราเร่งแก้ไขในทันทีเมื่อได้รับการแจ้งเพื่อไม่ให้เป็นปัญหาต่อท่านและลูกค้าท่านอื่นๆในการเข้าพักครั้งต่อไป 2.ตู้เย็น เป็นตู้เย็นที่แชร์น้ำเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถแช่หรือทำน้ำแข็งได้ ความเย็นสูงสุดจะอยู่ที่ 22c 3. อาหารเช้า ทางโรงแรมได้มีการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงให้หลากหลาย เป็น International ABF มากขึ้น เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าทุกชนชาติ อย่างไรก็ดี เราจะปรับปรุงและพัฒนาทุกๆข้อแนะนำในทันทีค่ะ และหวังเป็นอย่างยื่งว่าจะได้รับโอกาสต้อนรับและบริการท่านอีกในอนาคตข้างหน้า ขอบคุณค่ะ

Great hotel & a special shout out to the staff, all levels were so friendly & helpful, such a wonderful team. They all looked after us well. Hotel is well placed for sight seeing & shopping. Comfortable, spacious room & very good view from the 27th floor. Efficiently run & no complaints from us!

The problems that I had with this hotel was that I had two twin (full) size beds and ONLY one pillow each bed, not to mentioned the fridges sucks n my water was never cold. Beside those two issues, love the AC! Didn’t get a chance to jump in the pool.

すこし滞在場所としては不便でしたが、さすが五つ星でサービスは最高でした。 朝食も人が少なかったのもあり、とてもスタッフの方が親切にしてくださり良かったです。 ホテルの部屋としても綺麗で良かったです。

Perfect spot to stay
Great hotel, easy walking distance to local attractions. Clean and well laid out. Massive bed in a lovely room. Picturesque grounds with super cafe.
