Hi, not sure where you got your information but if you would stay sober at least when you need to pay your bills you would see that you paid the same price for your previous day. next time try to pay when you check in and not check out. it will be easier

this is a 3-stars hotel, you cannot expect to pay for 3 stars hotel and get a 5-star hotel :) water breaks can be anywhere anytime. sorry for that.

Hi, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but let's make things straight 1. the music not loud all day and surely not working all night. 2. the pool pump burn and we needed to wait few days until the new one will arrive. sorry for the inconvenience, 3. not all the room have pool view. and you could ask to move more inside if you want. you didn't :) 4. at 3 am the bar already closed.

Hi, thank you for your comment. our location is available to you when you make the reservation, we located on the main road. 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to the center.

Hi, thank you for your comment. the hotel tries to be the best for everyone. the music does not always come from us and we trying to control the guests too. we don't sell breakfast with reservation, you can always order breakfast from our menu. we find it easier to choose what to eat than get something specific every day. we will pay more attention to cleanliness

Hi there. using lies won't get you anything. we will never block you from going back to your room, this is ridiculous... the minibar isn't free. and you cannot use the items and buy a new one and put them back yourself. all the items marked... the main water pipe brake almost at 22:00. in this time there isn't any service we could use to fix it. the water pipe already fixed at 08:00 in the morning... 36 hours? btw, the pipe broke on 04.02, you check out on 05.02, and you post this review on 6. I wonder how you calculate 36 hours.

Dear David, thank you for your review. we clean the pool every day but we cannot control what other costumers do 24/7. there is more then 600 hotels in patong beach, you cannot expect that all of the taxi drivers will know us right?
