"Great spot. Great price. Make sure to book a non smoking room if that’s not for you. Staff at front very good. Would have preferred to been asked if my room was cleaned more. Had my sign on door multiple times and they only cleaned once. Pool area was great. I would stay again. Thank you."

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

The first two days, I had issues with my AC and was difficult to explain how to get there to the local taxis -but eventually all worked out and I was able to get to/from easily. Pulled the extra comforter out for the sofa bed, it had obviously not been washed, there was a big brown liquidy spot on it, not a stain. "We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "We are on day 20 of a 30 day Asian vacation and fortunate to have the Amari for 7 of those days. Upgrade to the club level. It’s worth the extra money. The pool that is shown in the marketing is the club pool and only available if you upgrade. There are two other pools but neither of them are as nice as the club level pool. There is a happy hour every day with free food and drinks. In addition, there is a private gym and restaurant, only for club level members. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Don’t worry about the buggies and getting around the property, we never waited more than a few minutes to get up and down the hill. For the money, the Amari is a home run. Luxury at the fraction of the cost in a similar property in the US. It’s a short walk in to town, or take a tuk-tuk for $6. There was always one waiting at the lobby. There are two other pools, an amazing Italian restaurant and room service was great. The people working here bend over backward to make sure everything is just right. Thank you Amari!"
