Querida Paulette,Lamentamos que su estancia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas, pero desgraciadamente no todas nuestras habitaciones deluxe son iguales. los huéspedes que desean un balcón nos lo comunican con antelación y pagan un suplemento, por lo que si en su última estancia tuvo un balcón gratuito es porque tuvimos la oportunidad de clasificarlo , lo que no ocurrió durante su estancia actual. Es más, ningún miembro del personal le prometió un balcón, las fotos son reales pero no de la habitación que se le asignó.Cordialemente.
