"The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well. "

"This place is just a joke, don't book it. We had a one-night reservation. The arrival signs lead to a dead-end road. When we finally arrived at 6.15pm, everything was closed, including the restaurant we were counting on, even though the reception desk says it's open until 9pm every day. "Staying here for 2 days was the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! We were treated like family! Albert Alonso the owner is a wonderful chef and he makes everything himself. From bread to pizza, pies and everything in between. He also went over and beyond and called around to find a personal guide to show us around the area that was honest and trustworthy. "Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr bestrebt, den Aufenthalt so angenehm als möglich zu gestalten. Die geheizte Pool (Hot Springs) war der Hammer! Das Hotel ist eher abgelegen, jedoch kann man sich gut innerhalb beschäftigen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und der Eingang wird bewacht. Sehr empfehlenswert!"
