Right on the beach. Any closer and you would be in the water. 😎Staff is very friendly. Price was great for the area. Parking was ok and pleantiful. Floors are not properly cleaned on hallways and stairs. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Good coffee in the lobby. Easy check in and check out.

Location and area are wonderful! The room was bare bones, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the bathtub coating was peeling, when the wind blew in off the beach it sounded like a wind tunnel.

Really needs to be up dated and all the pot smoking and you know what the best part sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down and listening to waves hit the beach and I leave right there.
