We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area. What we didn't like: 1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra. 2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry bills for customers that stay more than one day. 3) the showerhead was cheap and fixed to the wall. The water pressure at the location is OK at best (maybe that was due to the showerhead). A hand-held shower head would make showering more enjoyable. Other than that, this location is a great place to stay if one wants to discover Ottawa central without driving around.

Quiet, family friendly hotel within walking distance to many local attractions. The Museum of Nature was across the street, there was a park two blocks down on Elgin, and lots of restaurants within a two block walk in either direction. The kitchen was well stocked and orderly, the bed was comfy, and we made use of the laundry facility on our floor. The dishwasher was also super handy. The parking garage was a little tight, with lots of spots reserved for staff so was trickier to find a spot later in the evening but we made out ok. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
