We stayed here when we spontaneously decided to extend our stay. The hotel we were at didn’t have any thing so I found this place. After a full day at the parks, i was so happy that I had found Tru. They are definitely top of my list of places I’ve stayed in Orlando while also trying to budget. The staff was friendly. The bar in the lobby area was a great way to unwind from a long day. We even had food door dashed, it was easy. There is a $15 parking charge but it’s worth it. I also enjoyed the breakfast before heading home!

Everything was good but house keeping asked us to checkout 1/2 hour before because they had to clean the room, which was not the way customers should be treated. They need to clean after we checkout at standard checkout hours
